Terms and Conditions - Key Terms

Parties: Payimo limited (trading as 'Likecharity') and YOU (the Charity).
Service: the provision, supply and maintenance of mobile network keywords/shortcodes on behalf of the Charity which allow visitors to make a Donation to the Charity using their mobile phone number or credit/debit card.

Commencement Date: 2024-04-27
Term Duration: A period of 12 months from the Commencement Date and, thereafter, 45 days following written notice to terminate the agreement by one of the Parties.
Fee: Our fees vary depending on the solution used. Likecharity's processing fee for a donation made via Text Giving is 5% and for a donation made via LikePay card processing is 3% + €0.35
A contract now exists between you and us as per the above details and our terms and conditions.
